Our resident Mixologist, Simon Ho, assembled this beautiful cocktail and used sake as the base. Give it a try...you're going to love it! We sure did...SPICED PEAR SAKE'TINI
1 oz sake
½ oz apricot brandy
½ oz bourbon
Pinch of cinnamon
2 oz fresh pear nectar*
Pour all ingredients, except the ginger beer, in a mixing glass with ice and shake well. Pour cocktail into martini or Collins glass. Top with ginger beer. Garnish with a whole cinnamon stick and slice of pear.TIP
*Simon says you can replace the pear nectar with apple cider and the drink turns out just as tasty.
