Classic cocktails are gaining in popularity thanks to shows like Mad Men and Sex and the City. Mixologist, Dave Mitton knows how to assemble a mean drink and shared this recipe for a traditional whiskey sour featuring bourbon and an egg white!  Be sure to try it at home!


Whiskey Sour


Use: An old fashioned glass




Ingredients:

2oz Woodford Reserve bourbon
2oz lemon juice
1oz simple syrup
1 egg white
ice cubes

Garnish: lemon slice and cherry

Method:

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, shake until egg white foams up and strain into ice filled glass.
