Go for a Walk

Adults need 60 minutes of physical activity, everyday, to get and stay healthy. I know it sounds like a lot, but it doesn't have to be done all at once!  Find activities you enjoy, and add them in, 10 minutes at a time.  

Your Better Choice Challenge today is to go for a walk. Walking is an easy way to get moving, and each step you take will move you closer to better health.
