1 package x amazon acai & guarana (frozen)
2 tbsp. x raspberry (fresh or frozen)
8 oz. x vanilla soymilk ( substitutes: skim, 2%, rice or almond milk)
1 x banana, peeled
1 scoop x Proteins+ ( substitutes: any whey based protein powder with 22gms.protein)
1 scoop x ice
* A great high protein meal replacement to start your day or as a recovery shake after a yoga class or a workout at the gym. Acai is a purple berry grown in the rainforests of Brazil. It is packed full of antioxidants, amino acids and essential fatty acids. It contains a synergy of healthy monounsaturated fats, dietary fibre and phytosterols to help promote cardiovascular and digestive health.
** Place everything in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
