Feugill, a six-foot-seven, 300-pound right tackle, has been with the Argos for three years, including the 2004 CFL championship season.
All of the starting members of the Argos' offensive line have been signed for next season.
"It is important to maintain consistency on the offensive line," Argos offensive co-ordinator Kent Austin said in a release, adding that Feugill "is an athletic, dedicated and smart player who we trust very much."
"I really didn't want to play anywhere else and I'm thrilled to be back," Feugill said in a statement.
Crawford, a six-foot-seven, 320-pounder, has been in and out of professional football since he was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the seventh-round of the 2001 NFL Draft.
After being released by Minnesota in 2002, Crawford briefly spent time with the Seattle Seahawks and NFL Europe's Rhein Fire, where he suffered a season-ending injury in 2003.
The 27-year-old spent last year rehabbing and teaching high school in his home state of Oregon.
