Representatives from Vancouver 2010 Bid Corp. will make a 15-minute presentation to the International Olympic Committee's executive board in Madrid.
It will be the first time local officials get a chance to present their plans directly to IOC president Jacques Rogge.
Members from all of the major summer and winter sports federations will also be on hand to hear pitches from Vancouver and the two other bid cities -- Salzburg, Austria and Pyeongchang, South Korea.

It's another vital step for each of the prospective hosts en route to the final decision day, July 2 in Prague.
"There's no question it is an important presentation," Jack Furlong, the Vancouver bid group's president and chief operating officer, told Canadian Press on Wednesday.
"It's a very important piece in building the strategy and momentum for Prague."
Furlong said Vancouver is planning a multi-media presentation that will include a video. The presentation will focus on how Vancouver would host the Olympics and the lasting benefits of the Games landing in Canada.
IOC officials will be able to ask questions of each of the three cities after their presentations.
"We've emphasized the concept quite a lot in the presentation and we will continue to talk about partnerships and relationships," said Furlong.
"We're quite determined to continue to be who we are, to tell our story and give good solid reasons why Vancouver would be a great partner with the Olympic movement."
An IOC evaluation report released earlier this month praised Vancouver's Olympic bid as "high quality." It also said the proposed venues were well thought-out.
However, the evaluation did note some challenges for Vancouver, including the two-hour drive from the city to the prospective alpine venues in Whistler.
It also noted Vancouver had the lowest public support of the bidding cities in IOC-commissioned polls at 58 per cent.
