AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has been handed a one-match ban for insulting the referee at the end of Sunday's 2-1 defeat at Udinese.
The Italian Serie A league announced its decision Monday.
Milan finished the game with nine men after both Cristian Zapata and Kevin-Prince Boateng were sent off in a woeful afternoon for the Rossoneri.
The players, who were both dismissed after two bookings, have been banned for one match.
Meanwhile, Sampdoria's Maxi Lopez has been handed a two-match suspension "for kicking the door of the referees' changing room and shouting insults at them."
Lopez could also face a fine after the matter was referred to the Italian Football Federation.
