ECUADOR will qualify for the 2010 World Cup
- if they beat Uruguay AND if Argentina loses to Peru AND if Venezuela does not beat Paraguay AND if Colombia does not beat Chile.
ECUADOR will ensure at worst a CONCACAF/South America playoff berth
