Toronto FC added some depth to their striking corps Tuesday, signing forward Collin Samuel to a three-year contract.
Financial terms were not disclosed.

The 25-year-old native of Trinidad and Tobago joins Canada's only Major League Soccer team after completing his contract with Dundee United of the Scottish Premier League.
"We're excited to have him on board," Toronto head coach Mo Johnston said. "I tried signing him two years ago when I was in New York.
"He's strong, he's fast, he can play left side, he can play right-hand side, and he can play through the middle. He's a great addition to our team, having [Danny] Dichio and [Jeff] Cunningham already."
Samuel began his professional career domestically in Trinidad with both Doc's Khelwalaas and San Juan Jabloteh before heading to Scotland, where he signed with Falkirk in August 2002.
Samuel moved to Dundee United the following season, scoring 14 goals over three years.
He also has appeared internationally for his country, making his national team debut on Dec. 8, 2001, and played at the 2002 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Samuel was called up to play for Trinidad and Tobago at the 2006 World Cup in Germany, starting in Trinidad's surprise 0-0 draw with Sweden.
In other moves, Johnston acquired fullback Todd Dunivant from the New York Red Bulls for fullback Kevin Goldthwaite.
Goldthwaite played nine games with Toronto this season, scoring one goal.
