Yes, that will be a great headline.

Both teams are in need of a win to have any chance of moving on, so here is hoping that Denmark...the real team shows up for this one.

As I have mentioned before, I will be at the Danish Canadian Club in Calgary on Saturday, June 19th to watch the game and everyone is invited to don their red and white and come show us their "Danish Dynamite" cheer.

We will also try a couple of Danish verses, so if you know of some good old Danish fight songs...bring them...maybe we an reconquer Scandinavia.

Don't forget the GREAT PRIZE for the most creative display of Danish Pride. It has taken a lot of negotiating...many a first born male child has been promised away to make this happen.

Here are some other thoughts on the World Cup so far:
 
So far none of the top teams with the exception of Germany has shown any real bite.

North Korea held their own against Brazil. They never gave up, a pleasant surprise. I wonder if anyone in North Korea, besides the dictator, are even aware of this???

Do all Spanish players receive acting lessons prior to their international matches? or are they just really good at rolling around with a facial grimace....is this called method acting?

In a preliminary MVP poll in the United States, Robert Green was way ahead.

Will Maradona wear another $4000 suit?

New Zealand earns its first ever WC point..congrats. Are these guys the underdog darlings of tournament.

South Africa, the country are doing a great job of hosting. Their team needs more seasoning.

The CBC are doing their usual awesome job of covering the games. We are getting games live that are shown on tape delay in Europe. Way to go.

....So help me cheer on the Danes, the colors are the same as Canada, so wear some red and white and show the world your DANISH DYNAMITE.
