Honduras's Palacios has to be careful

Injury front: Midfielder playmaker Deco has been ruled out for Portugal after he hurt his hip in training.
Suspension watch: Cristiano Ronaldo earned a yellow card in Portugal's previous match. If he receives another against North Korea, he will be suspended for his country's final game of the group stage.
Chile vs. Switzerland
Injury front: Switzerland will be without defender Philippe Senderos, who injured his right ankle against Spain. On the positive side, captain Alexander Frei and midfielder Valon Behrami, who both missed the team's opener with injuries, should be available.
Chile striker Humberto Suazo is expected to return from a hamstring injury. Playmaker Jorge Valdivia suffered a torn muscle against Honduras, but should be fit to play.
Suspension watch: Midfielders Carlos Carmona and Matias Fernandez each earned a yellow card in Chile's previous match. If either one receives another against Switzerland, he will be suspended for his country's final game of the group stage.
Goalkeeper Diego Benaglio, defenders Stephane Grichting and Reto Ziegler, and midfielder Hakin Yakin are in a similar situation for Switzerland.
Spain vs. Honduras
Injury front: Spain defender Sergio Ramos has a rib injury but should play, while midfielder Andres Iniesta is doubtful after being injured against Switzerland.
Honduras will likely be without forward David Suazo, who missed their opening game with a thigh muscle injury.
Suspension watch: Midfielder Wilson Palacios earned a yellow card in Honduras's previous match. If he receives another against Spain, he will be suspended for his country's final game of the group stage.
No Spanish player has been cautioned at this tournament.
