Uruguay vs. Mexico
 
Mexico will be miss striker Carlos Vela, who has been sidelined by a hamstring injury. Either Javier Hernandez or Pablo Barrera are expected to take his place. Defender Efrain Juarez is suspended after picking up two yellow cards, with Paul Aguilar the favourite to replace him.
 
Nicolas Lodeiro is available for Uruguay following a one-match suspension.

South Africa goalkeeper Moeneeb Jospehs is likely to play in goal -- starter Itumeleng Khune is suspended. MacBeth Sibaya is expected to start for suspended midfielder Kagisho Dikgacoi.
