The former France great stayed in the hospital overnight after collapsing in a restaurant on Friday.
FIFA says that "all the medical tests conducted were normal" and that Platini left the hospital at 9 a.m. local time Saturday.
World soccer's governing body added that Platini "is looking forward to attending the final."
Platini's adviser has said his boss fainted after experiencing flu-like symptoms in South Africa's cold weather.
