Bobsled athlete Jason Kerr was suspended two years on Tuesday by the Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport for an anti-doping rule violation.

Kerr's urine sample, collected during out-of-competition doping control on Nov. 13, revealed the presence of testosterone, boldenone, nandrolone and trenbolone — all of which are prohibited anabolic agents.

Kerr waived his right to a hearing, acknowledged the anti-doping rule violation, and accepted a two-year sanction ending Nov. 13, 2014.

The Calgary resident will be unable to participate in any capacity with any sport signatory to the Canadian Anti-Doping Program (CADP), including training with teammates, for the duration of the sanction.
