Key events on Tuesday, Day 11:
*Canada's opening ceremony flag-bearer, Simon Whitfield, will look for a result in the men's triathlon which starts at 6:30 a.m.
*Custio Clayton of Dartmouth, N.S., fights his quarter-final match in the men's welterweight division at 4:45 p.m. Clayton is assured of a medal if he wins his Tuesday bout.
* Jessica Zelinka of Edmonton, Phylicia George of Markham, Ont., and Nikita Holder of Pickering, Ont. are all competing in the semis of the women's 100-metre hurdles, which begin at 2:15 p.m. and the final at 4 p.m.
*Canada is in tough in their quarter-final matchup against the Americans in women's basketball. That game starts at 9 a.m.
*Canadian divers Alexandre Despatie of Laval, Que., and Francois Imbeau-Dulac of St-Lazare, Que., start the men's 3-metre individual springboard semis at 5 a.m., finals at 2 p.m.
*Women's omnium competition has its final three events, with Canada's Tara Whitten beginning in the 3km individual pursuit at 5:19 a.m.
*Synchronized swimmers Marie-Pier Boudreau-Gagnon of Riviere-du-Loup, Que., and Elise Marcotte of Quebec City look to move from fourth to a place on the podium in the final performance in duet at 10 a.m.
*The men's 200-metre qualifying heats start at 6:50 a.m., featuring recent 100-metre speedster Usain Bolt as well as a trio of Canadians: Jared Connaughton of New Haven, P.E.I., Tremaine Harris of Markham, Ont., and Aaron Brown of Toronto.
