Skate Canada revealed the 14 figure skaters will represent Canada at this week's world junior figure skating championships in Debrecen, Hungary.

The competition begins Wednesday with the men's and pairs' short programs.

CBCSports.ca's live stream coverage begins Thursday with the pairs' free program at 1:45 p.m. ET.

Nicolas Nadeau, 18, will lead the Canadian team. The Boisbriand, Que., native is a national junior champion and placed 25th at this event last year.

He most recently finished fifth at the 2016 Canadian senior championships. It's worth noting that Nadeau has attempted two triple jumps in his free program and landed one.
