Holds Canadian records in six disciplines (100m, 200m, 400m, 800m, 1,500m and 5000m).
A six-time world champion, two-time Paralympian, four-time Paralympian and two-time Commonwealth Games participant.
Previous world record holder in the 400m and 1,500m.
Took a year off competitive racing to train for a CN Tower stair-climb in Toronto -- an event aimed at promoting accessibility-issues awareness and to raise money for a school outreach program.
