Slight shoulder separation sidelines Detroit centre
Add centre Henrik Zetterberg to the Detroit Red Wings infirmary.
The NHL team's leading scorer will be out of action at least two weeks after he suffered a slight left shoulder separation in Thursday night's 3-0 win over the visiting Tampa Bay Lightning.
Zetterberg, 29, was helped off the ice late in the first period Thursday night after taking a check from Lightning defenceman Mattias Ohlund.
The Red Wings, who entered Friday's action eighth in the Western Conference with a 18-11-5 record, are also without forwards Johan Franzen, Valtteri Filppula, Jason Williams, Dan Cleary and Darren Helm, and defencemen Niklas Kronwall and Jonathan Ericsson because of injuries.
Zetterberg has 10 goals and 32 points in 34 games this season.
