Ottawa will host Game 3 at Scotiabank Place on June 2, and Game 4 just two nights later, and, if necessary, Game 6 on June 9.

Should there be a seventh and deciding game, it will be played June 11 at Anaheim's Honda Center.

The Senators eliminated the Buffalo Sabres in five games to reach the final, while the Ducks dispatched the Detroit Red Wings in six games.

It marks the first time that the modern-day Senators have advanced to the Stanley Cup final since being resurrected as an NHL expansion entry in 1992-93.

The original Ottawa franchise (1893-1934) last competed in the Stanley Cup final 80 years ago, beating the Boston Bruins.
