How to install the screensaver & wallpaper
Chart the progress of your favourite team by downloading HNIC’s NHL playoff screensaver and our Stanley Cup wallpaper.

HNIC SCREENSAVER
Grab HNIC's 2004 NHL Playoffs screensaver by clicking the link and saving it to a place on your computer you can find later. Double-click on the downloaded file to automatically install the screensaver. That's it! It will now run like a normal screensaver.

The 2004 NHL Playoffs screensaver requires a constant connection to the Internet and works on Windows machines only.

The screensaver will install Macromedia's Flash 7 plug-in if it is not already installed on your computer.

HNIC WALLPAPER
If you’re not sure what size to select, check your monitor’s desktop area (resolution) in your computer’s control panel folder.

For Windows machines: Click the size you’d like, wait for the image to load, then right-click and select "Set as Wallpaper."

To remove the wallpaper, right-click on your mouse and choose "Properties." Then change the background.

For Macs: Download the appropriate sized wallpaper. Go to the Desktop within the Finder, CTRL-click the mouse and select "Change Desktop Pattern." Select the wallpaper file you've downloaded, and you're done.

The wallpaper will be updated as each team advances, so check back here regularly to install the up-to-date wallpaper.
