What a bizarre way to end a Stanley Cup final. If ending in overtime wasn't enough, Chicago forward Patrick Kane delivered the knockout blow to the Philadelphia Flyers' season with a goal no one - not even his own teammates - was certain ever went into the net.
CHI wins 4-2

With a superb blend of dangerous offence and tough defence, the Blackhawks can play any kind of game they need to win. Chicago beat tight-checking Nashville at its own game in the first round, outgunned high-scoring Vancouver in the second, then swept balanced San Jose to win the conference.

On the surface, defence. Though that may be a mirage. The Flyers are the stingiest playoff team, but look at their opponents: Boston was the lowest-scoring team in the regular season, Montreal ranked 26th and New Jersey was 19th. Chicago? Third. The pressure is on Philly's excellent penalty killing to stay hot.
