This continuous passing drill requires communication, heads up play and most importantly, timing...
It begins with a 2-on-0 and then two backcheckers pursue the forwards as they try for another shot at the far end of the ice...
Two forwards have a 2-on-0 and then take their place in front of the net to screen the goalie and tip a shot from the point...
