Not much is known about Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby's
ability to dance, but he chose to tango with Philadelphia Flyers sniper
Claude Giroux on Sunday.
Crosby and Giroux traded blows during
Game 3, but it started with a mini-scrum off a first-period face-off.
Just when it looked like the kerfuffle had seemingly simmered, the bad
blood between the two clubs spilled over and Crosby knocked away Flyers
forward Jakub Voracek's glove, which was laying on the ice, as he tried
to pick it up.
The Flyers answered their call of duty and Giroux
started sparring with the Pittsburgh sniper, which led to a bout between
Penguins defenceman Kris Letang and Flyers blue-liner Kimmo Timonen.
Crosby's known for his goal-scoring ability and not for dropping the gloves -- yet he occasionally dabbles in fisticuffs, just ask Matt Niskanen -- and Giroux was the Flyers' leading scorer this season.
