The Western Conference final is all set.

The Chicago Blackhawks haven't won the Stanley Cup since 1961, while the San Jose Sharks have yet to even advance to the final series.

San Jose earned the No. 1 spot after posting 113 points in the conference. The Blackhawks weren't far behind, finished only one point behind San Jose to grab the No. 2 position.

So can the Sharks finally break through or will they be denied again by a young and speedy Blackhawks squad?
