The Boston Bruins have officially signed forward Gregory Campbell to a three-year deal, and have agreed in principle to a four-year term with forward Chris Kelly.
The Bruins announced the signings Wednesday. Kelly will earn $3 million US per season, with Campbell set to make $1.6 million every season.
Both players contributed to Boston's 2010-11 championship campaign.
Kelly, 31, followed it up the past season with career highs in goals (20) and points (39) to go along with a sterling plus-33 rating. He scored six game winners and two short-handed markers.
Kelly spent nearly six seasons with the Ottawa Senators before a deal late in the 2010-11 season. The Toronto native has scored 97 goals and 123 assists in 560 career NHL regular season games.
In his second season with Boston after spending time with Florida, Campbell finished with eight goals and eight assists in 78 regular season games.
