The NHL fined Dallas Stars forward Ryan Garbutt on Saturday for spearing Corey Perry of the Anaheim Ducks during Game 5.
Garbutt was fined $1,474.36 US for the incident, which occurred in the first period of Anaheim's 6-2 victory Friday night.
Garbutt was assessed a major penalty for spearing and game misconduct.
Both clubs scored a goal during the ensuing Anaheim power play.
