Montreal defenceman upset with incident

Montreal Canadiens defenceman P.K. Subban wasn’t pleased with how the game ended, aside from the 4-2 loss to the Boston Bruins on Saturday night.

Subban said after the game that he was sprayed by Bruins forward Shawn Thornton, who squirted water from the bench at the Montreal defenceman in the final minute of the game.

"I was pretty upset about that," Subban told reporters after the game. "I'm sure if I did it, it would be a big story for the next three days.”

Though there is only a partial view from the replay, Hockey Night in Canada analyst Glenn Healy, who was standing in between the two benches, confirmed Thornton did indeed spray Subban with water.
