His club was playing Tampa Bay on Thursday, but it was Ales Hemsky who provided the Lightning with a flashy goal on a beautiful solo effort.

The Ottawa Senators forward, rejuvenated since a trade from the Edmonton Oilers earlier this month, made Radko Gudas look like a pylon with a between-the-legs deke before stickhandling his way through another defender.

Only Ben Bishop stood in his way, but Hemsky outwaited him and scored his 11th goal of the season in the second period of Ottawa's 5-4 loss.
