Pacioretty says he got a tetanus shot after an alleged bite by Toronto Maple Leafs forward Mikhail Grabovski. The Montreal Canadiens winger emerged from a skirmish during Toronto's 6-0 victory Saturday showing his arm to the officials and claiming that Grabovski bit him.

Asked if he needed a tetanus shot, Pacioretty said he had one after the game as a precaution. The NHL, though, ruled Monday that there was no conclusive evidence that Grabovski bit Pacioretty. The league, therefore, decided that it would not suspend the Toronto forward.

Pacioretty returned Sunday for the Habs.
