Pacioretty has a history of quickly returning from injuries, but he said he wasn't feeling 100 percent and would see how he felt on Monday before deciding if he can play against Carolina later that night.
Pacioretty says he got a tetanus shot after an alleged bite by Toronto Maple Leafs forward Mikhail Grabovski. The Montreal Canadiens winger emerged from a skirmish during Toronto's 6-0 victory Saturday showing his arm to the officials and claiming that Grabovski bit him.

Asked if he needed a tetanus shot, Pacioretty said he had one after the game as a precaution. The NHL, though, ruled Monday that there was no conclusive evidence that Grabovski bit Pacioretty. The league, therefore, decided that it would not suspend the Toronto forward.
Pacioretty returned Sunday for the Habs.
