Gaborik was dealt to the Blue Jackets Wednesday, just before the NHL's afternoon trade deadline, for center Derick Brassard, right wing Derek Dorsett and defenseman John Moore. Gaborik waived a no-movement clause in order to allow the deal to be completed.
