On Saturday night's edition of Hotstove Tonight, Elliotte Friedman and Glenn Healy analyzed the impact Nicklas Backstrom's case will have in future Olympic hockey tournaments.

The Swedish forward will receive a silver medal even though he was suspended from the final in Sochi after a positive drug test.

The Hockey Night in Canada crew also discussed the rumours about Markus Naslund, who recently resigned as general manager of the Swedish hockey club MoDo and could join his former agent Mike Gillis in the front office of the Vancouver Canucks.
