Patrick Roy's Colorado Avalanche are the the best team in the NHL with a record of 12-1-0 and the team's incredible success early in the season is not a fluke, but the result of a solid system led by the rookie coach and his communication. 

The Hall of Fame goaltender and four-time Stanley Cup champion joined hosts Rob Pizzo and Kelly Hrudey on Hockey Night in Canada Radio on SiriusXM on Monday to discuss the Avalanche's record, his relationship with vice president of hockey operations Joe Sakic, and the situation with goalie Semyon Varlamov after his arrest on domestic violence charges.
