Bruins defenceman Kevan Miller involved in incidents that sent players to dressing room

Both Dale Weiss and Travis Moen leave Montreal's game with Boston after a hit and a fight. 1:54

Kevan Miller managed to kill two birds with one stone on Monday night.

The Boston Bruins defenceman was involved in two incidents on the same shift that sent a pair of Montreal Canadiens forwards to the dressing room in the first period.

Miller levelled Dale Weise into the boards from behind, to which Canadiens teammate Travis Moen took exception. Moen proceded to engage Miller, and while the two tussled, Moen got the worst of it and was knocked down.

Both Habs players were visibly dazed and would leave the game without returning. Millar got a five-minute major for fighting and a two-minute minor for cross-checking.
