Don Cherry advocates hard for P.K. Subban
Grapes also discusses Perry-Getzlaf duo & HBO's '24/7'
There's no question Montreal Canadiens defenceman P.K. Subban should be part of Team Canada next year at the Sochi Games. At least that's Don Cherry's opinion.
Cherry joined hosts Rob Pizzo and Kelly Hrudey on Hockey Night in Canada Radio on SiriusXM Monday to discuss Subban's status and why he believes the 24-year-old is ready for the Olympics.
Grapes also touched on the Anaheim Ducks' dynamic duo of Corey Perry and Ryan Getzlaf, and HBO's '24/7' -- a show that serves as a prelude for the NHL Winter Classic between the Toronto Maple Leafs and the Detroit Red Wings.
