Jean-Sebastien Giguere took a page out of his coach's book on Friday.

The Colorado Avalanche goaltender was visibly upset after Kris Russell scored the opening goal for the Calgary Flames at 7:01 in the first period, arguing that he was bumped by Lee Stempniak on the play.

Giguere protested by flipping the net over, which cost him an unsportsmanlike conduct penalty. However, the Avalanche answered back and won the game 3-2.
