Don Cherry took some time to pay tribute late OHL player Terry Trafford during his Coach's Corner segment on Hockey Night in Canada on Saturday.

Cherry said "things couldn't have gone more wrong" for Trafford, whose body was found on March 12 after dying from asphyxiation, which police believe to have been self-inflicted. Trafford disappeared eight days earlier after receiving discipline from the Saginaw Spirit for reportedly violating team policy.

Cherry also reminded young hockey players that "it's not the end of the world" when facing difficult situations similar to what Trafford went through.
