The Chicago Blackhawks' Monday morning skate was missing somebody.

Winger Patrick Kane wasn't on the ice during the team's practice as is questionable for the Blackhawks when they face the hometown Calgary Flames tonight in Game 3 of their Western Conference quarter-final.

"Game-time decision. Resting right now," said Chicago head coach Joel Quenneville.

Kane was drilled a couple of time by Calgary's Rene Bourque over the first couple of games.

Quenneville wouldn't say whether Kane was hurt by a specific incident or by a combination of issues.

"Might not be a combination of either game," he said.

Chicago leads the best-of-seven series 2-0.
