ABOUT THE TOON
Charlie Teljeur's hilarious take on hockey, The Instigator, is back for its fifth season on CBC Sports Online. If it's happening in the world of hockey, The Instigator will take aim at it every Tuesday and Friday.

So join us here each week for some biting commentary and a lot of laughs. And tell your friends.

ABOUT CHARLIE
Despite five years of bellying up to the lucrative public trough at CBC.ca, Charlie still maintains a residence deep in the woods north of Toronto. He split his childhood years between the streets of Scarborough and the lakes of Haliburton.

The owner of a degree from Sheridan College's renowned animation program, his passion for hockey led him to create The Instigator, which has been a mainstay of Sports Online's regular hockey coverage.
