FIRST STAR: Alexander Semin, LW, Washington

The Russian standout scored the game-winning goal and set up three others in the Capitals' 4-2 win at home against Phoenix on Saturday. Semin has 10 points in his past five games.

SECOND STAR: Joe Pavelski, C, San Jose

The United States Olympian snapped out of a scoring slump that saw him check in with only one goal in 12 games. He scored twice, including the game-winner in the Sharks' 5-2 victory at home against Buffalo on Saturday. It was San Jose's fifth win in a row.

THIRD STAR: Tomas Vokoun, G, Florida

The 33-year-old Vokoun is the stingiest goalie in the NHL right now. He stopped 39 shots for a 2-0 win at home against Toronto on Saturday. It was his sixth shutout of the season. In his past four games, the Czech goalie has two shutouts and two one-goal games.
