Madison Square Garden is one of those venues where it is home to every type of performance that will make money. That means, basketball, concerts and even the circus. It is not surprising that the ice surface is soft and too rutty.

The bad ranking for Tampa Bay, Los Angeles and Anaheim have plenty to do with the sunny and warm climate.
