	9. N.Y. JETS [down from 5] Overall record: 3-2 Streak: Lost two Defence totally collapsed in fourth quarter against Miami.
	10. NEW ENGLAND PATRIOTS [down from 6] Overall record: 3-2 Streak: Lost one Tom Brady still missing open receivers, an on-going problem Randy Moss and Wes Welker can attest to.

	16. DALLAS COWBOYS [up from 17] Overall record: 3-2 Streak: Won one Cowboys needed overtime to beat winless Kansas City. Jerry must be doing handstands!
	17. SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS [down from 13] Overall record: 3-2 Streak: Lost one Who did Mike Singletary go after first? The entire team for its disgraceful performance against the Falcons, or Dre Bly’s “Deion Sanders” impersonation that turned his interception into a fumble.
	18. MIAMI DOLPHINS [up from 21] Overall record: 2-3 Streak: Won two To borrow a famous line of Bill Parcells: Put away the anointing oil when it comes to Chad Henne. Still, the second year QB looked terrific against a good Jets defence.
	19. ARIZONA CARDINALS [unchanged] Overall record: 2-2 Streak: Won one Defence comes up big for Cardinals in the final 6:59 against Houston.
	20. SEATTLE SEAHAWKS [up from 23] Overall record: 1-3 Streak: Won one Matt Hasselbeck makes up for a lot of the Seahawks’ deficiencies.
	21. JACKSONVILLE JAGUARS [down from 18] Overall record: 2-3 Streak: Lost one Just went you think the Jags are getting it together, they go out and put up a stinker in Seattle.
	22. HOUSTON TEXANS [down from 20] Overall record: 2-3 Streak: Lost one Two goal-line denials in consecutive weeks? You might want to change your play-calling, Gary Kubiak.
	23. CAROLINA PANTHERS [up from 24] Overall record: 1-3 Streak: Won one Fourth-quarter rally against Washington saved the Panthers from an 0-4 start.
	24. WASHINGTON REDSKINS [down from 22] Overall record: 2-3 Streak: Lost one The Redskins are now 4-9 in their last 13 games.
	25. DETROIT LIONS [up from 27] Overall record: 1-4 Streak: Lost two The little progress Detroit is making isn’t coming fast enough for Jim Schwartz.
	26. TENNESSEE TITANS [down from 25] Overall record: 0-5 Streak: Lost five The season is lost, Jeff Fisher. Whether he thrives or flops, it’s time to go with Vince Young for the remainder of the year.
	27. CLEVELAND BROWNS [up from 30] Overall record: 1-4 Streak: Won one Remarkably, Cleveland beats Buffalo despite a 2-for-17 passing display from Derek Anderson.
	28. BUFFALO BILLS [down from 26] Overall record: 1-4 Streak: Lost three Bills have only scored 20 points in their last three games.
	29. OAKLAND RAIDERS [down from 28] Overall record: 1-4 Streak: Lost three Richard Seymour had my full support for wanting no part in a trade to Oakland? Unfortunately, he had no choice.
	30. KANSAS CITY CHIEFS [down from 29] Overall record: 0-5 Streak: Lost five Strong game against Dallas only gets Matt Cassel and the Chiefs praise for effort.
	31. TAMPA BAY BUCCANEERS [unchanged] Overall record: 0-5 Streak: Lost five Left tackle Donald Penn caught a deflected pass and lumbered for 15 yards, giving him the fifth highest total against Philly. Now word comes down that the Bucs worked out troubled receiver Matt Jones but passed on him. What’s next? How about putting in a call to Keyshawn Johnson?
