Baltimore general manager Ozzie Newsome Newsome said Wednesday, "Rolando let me know that he plans to retire from the NFL." Newsome says the 23-year-old McClain has been placed on the reserve/retired list. McClain signed with the Ravens as a free agent on April 12. Ten days later, he was arrested in Alabama and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
