A graduate of Simon Fraser University, Millington played 12 years in the CFL with the Edmonton Eskimos, Winnipeg Blue Bombers and BC Lions.

The ‘Diesel’ was awarded the Most Outstanding Canadian Player and West Division all-star in 2000 when he broke the 1,000-yard rushing barrier for the first time in his career. He was also voted the Most Outstanding Canadian Player in the 2000 Grey Cup game.

Millington has acted on such TV shows as The X-Files, The Outer Limits and Stargate.
