Edmonton's Kevin Koe defeated Winnipeg's Jeff Stoughton 5-2 to capture the 2012 Curling Skins Game on Sunday in Rama, Ont.
It marked the first time Koe has won the skins game. His rink took home $23,600 from Sunday's final to go with $10,300 from his semifinal win over Edmonton's Kevin Martin on Saturday along with a $10,000 bonus for winning the tournament.
The $49,300 gives Koe a total of $51,900 in earnings in this event the past two years.
Stoughton earned $8,400 from the final and $23,200 from the tournament.
Martin finished third overall in earnings with $6,700.
