Scott heads to Saturday's semifinal (CBC, 2:30 p.m. ET) to face Jones, a 9-4 winner over P.E.I.'s Suzanne Gaudet in the playoff game between the third and fourth seeds.
Gaudet, who had grabbed the fourth spot after a series of tiebreak matches earlier in the day, was eliminated from contention.
Betker has appeared in three Canadian finals as third for Sandra Schmirler and won every time. But Betker will skip Saskatchewan in the title match for the first time.
Scott's rink from Kelowna, B.C., finished atop round-robin standings at 10-1, followed by Saskatchewan at 9-2.
The playoff games were played in front of about 5,000 people in the Enmax Centre.
