Foye had 0 in his last game so this was surprising for a player who should not be on your fantasy radar.
The Utah Jazz have agreed to terms of a contract with Foye. General manager Kevin O'Connor announced the deal, which was pending the outcome of a physical. Terms were not released Wednesday.
