Scott Richmond will have to wait a little while longer to make his debut at the new Yankee Stadium.

The right-hander has joined a growing list of Blue Jays pitchers on the disabled list, landing there Saturday with shoulder tendinitis, according to Toronto manager Cito Gaston.

Richmond is 6-5 with a 3.69 earned-run average in 16 games this season, including 13 starts. He was scheduled to start Sunday on the heels of a 6-5 Blue Jays loss in 12 innings on Saturday.

Instead, rookie Brett Cecil will take the mound against New York's Joba Chamberlain, while Brad Mills will be summoned from triple-A Las Vegas to start Tuesday at Tampa Bay.

Shaun Marcum, Dustin McGowan, Jesse Litsch, Casey Janssen and Scott Downs are the other Blue Jays hurlers on the DL.

Richmond has lasted seven innings in each of his last two starts, going 1-1 and allowing just five runs.
