The Denver Post reports Helton entered his plea Tuesday in an Adams County courtroom in the northeast Denver suburb of Brighton. Helton was arrested Feb. 6 in Thornton, another suburb. Police said he told officers he had had two cups of wine. He issued a public apology later that day and again two weeks later when Spring Training opened.
