It's certainly going to be a memorable seventh inning stretch for Andy Milovich.

The GM of the Myrtle Beach Pelicans, the Single-A affiliate of the Texas Rangers, has pledged to have a prostate exam while singing Take Me Out to the Ball Game at Thursday's night's game.

He promised to go through with the promotion if a local cancer patient, 10-year-old Fierce Fallon, received more than 10,000 likes on her Facebook page. As of Monday afternoon, she has already surpassed that mark.
