One day after clinching the overall World Cup title, Davis won the 1,000-metre race in one minute 9.25 seconds on the ice in Erfurt, Germany.
It was Davis's sixth 1,000 victory in six races in 2009-10.
Stefan Groothuis of Netherlands was second while 1,500-metre gold medallist compatriot Mark Tuitert took third place.
The men's 500-metre race was won by Dutch skater Jan Smeekens in 35.20 seconds for his second straight win at the distance in Erfurt. Yuya Oikawa of Japan was second followed by Finland's Mika Poutala, who retained his lead in the 500 standings.
Germany's Jenny Wolf notched her eighth victory in 10 500-metre races this season with a time of 38.10 seconds. It was Wolf's 48th World Cup victory of her career and moved her ever closer to the overall World Cup title.
Margot Boer led a trio of Dutch skaters finishing second, third and fourth behind Wolf.
And in the women's 1,000 race, Russian Yekaterina Shikova clocked a time of 1:16.93 minutes for her first World Cup victory of her career ahead of the Dutch trio of Laurine van Riessen, Natasja Bruintjes and Boer.
Christine Nesbitt, London, Ont., finished ninth a day after missing the 1,000 race due to illness to remain atop the 1,000-metre standings.
